I have this Uncle, Robert Lawrence Protter. He injected himself into an argument that me and my father had in 2014. He listened to my father’s side of the story, he never asked my side. He encouraged my father to disinherit me, which he did do.

He lets the Yartzeit or anniversary of my father’s death, his brother pass without a headstone being placed on his grave.

He let me pay for an extra person to say Kaddish the prayer for the dead and did not even offer a symbolic donation to insure that my father’s soul received the comfort of the Kaddish which the Jewish Soul needs during the first 11 months after leaving the body.

I sent a very, detailed, respectful email in 2019 making clear that I wanted no further contact with him.

When he emailed me again, I sent a reply asking that my privacy be respected. I asked that there me no further communication.

Yet today on my birthday he again disrespects my privacy and communicates with me again.

So I will now disrespect his privacy.

Please feel free to reach out to Robert Protter and advise him to respect the privacy of people that do not want communications with him. Please reach out to him and let him know that I am ashamed to share the same last name as him.

Oh and if my privacy is violated by Robert Protter, Theresa Gosse or their lawyers, I WILL file a complaint with the appropriate bar association and MAKE SURE THE LAWYERS lose their license.

That includes email, voice call, letters or any communication of any kind.

I beg you to please leave me alone.
